Tourist tax : 1.00 € per person, per day (children under 18 years exempted). This tax is donated to the town hall. It's to be paid at your arrival.
Security deposit of 350 € : this amount will be returned to the tenant the day of departure if no damage noticed in the accommodation. Otherwise, this security deposit will be used to cover the damages appeared during your stay.
Deposit : 30% of the total price to book. The balance is due at the ckeck in.
Payment : in cash (euros), French cheque or bank transfer.
Package laundry : 1 bathroom mat and 2 tea towels included. Bed linen is not supplied.
You can rent :
- Sheets : 18 € per bed (1 flat sheet + 1 fitted sheet + pillowcases)
- Towels : 10 € per person (1 large + 1 small)
The linen package is to book in advance.
Cleaning package : 40 €
If cleaning is not done or not completely, the owner can claim the cleaning fee package.
